Waterway Pump Union 2” x 2"SPG

The Waterway hot tub pump union 400-5680 has threads referenced as 2” with an actual inside diameter of 3-1/16” and a 2" spigot end. The spigot end of this pump union is designed to fit inside a fitting referenced as having a 2-inch slip end that has an actual inside diameter of 2-3/8”. It's important to note that in the pool and hot tub industry, plumbing dimensions are referred to as nominal sizes rather than actual sizes.

Measure the Inside Diameter "ID" of your current "CLOSED" split nut or regular nut.

If it measures:

• 2-7/16" then you need a 1-1/2"
• 3-1/16" then you need a 2"
• 3-11/16" then you need a 2-1/2"
